Are you attending the Philanthropy Australia conference this year in Adelaide 5 – 7th August? After five solid years of working with philanthropic organisations, we are excited to join this important gathering and learning event.
Our work with philanthropic organisations has been in two distinct domains:
Partnering with organisations as they support their grantees in innovative ways that evolve their approaches to investment
Recent projects include:
- Being engaged by Macquarie Group Foundation to facilitate their grantees to connect, share and learn as a peer cohort;
- Supporting a tailored program of capacity-building for Paul Ramsay Foundation and Community Capital grantees; and
- Partnering with Judith Nielson Foundation to facilitate their grantees to co-design the potential for collaboration, support, and collective impact
Supporting Philanthropic organisations themselves
Bringing our understanding of the uniqueness of a philanthropic organisation’s challenges and opportunities within the broader social purpose context has seen us engaged on a range of programs of work:
- Helping organisations to select the right leadership talent through profiling;
- Developing strategic plans that engage the Board and executive in a collaborative and stakeholder informed process; and
- Coaching their leadership and teams to achieve their next level of cohesion and performance.
We’re looking forward to the conversations at the PA Conference, as the philanthropic space continues to evolve and stretch new boundaries in great investment, funding and capacity building ROI.
