The research shows that what happens in the first few weeks and months of a new leader’s position has a significant and disproportionate impact on their long-term success. Despite everyone’s best intentions it is tough to make the most of this period.

We provide leaders with a structured and targeted program which gives them the space to decompress, reflect, strategize and more quickly process the huge volumes of information and competing priorities calling on their attention. We help to make sure that in the rush to deliver and land well, you don’t miss opportunities or quick wins, inadvertently get critical relationships off on the wrong footing, fail to interpret sensitive cultural cues or misjudge priorities.
