Steering through change with new leadership – SAFVC

The Sexual Assault and Family Violence Centre (SAFV Centre) supports Victorian communities with services from crisis response to early intervention, refuge and housing support as well as specialised support for victims of crime.

Following the appointment of a new CEO, the SAFVC Board took up the recommendation of their search firm, Orchard Talent and engaged Leadership Space.

Over the course of our time together, Leadership Space has:

• Supported the Board to design an onboarding experience in partnership with the Acting CEO, executive team and Directors.
• Provided the incoming CEO, Kerriann Campbell with a dedicated executive coach for the critical First 90 Days.
• Provided the Board with a governance review and board development to support succession planning and forming of a new Board team and governance culture.
• Acted as an expert thought partner and facilitator for the CEO through significant change including interim strategic planning structure adjustments, board composition and culture change.
