| As most readers will know, Elise is the founder of Leadership Space, creating the organisation 11 years ago and building the business into the success it is today. For us as a team, Elise role models what we ask of those we support: she is honest, appreciative, connected, strategic, innovative and accountable.
Both the Leadership Space team and our clients are constantly inspired by Elise’s unique ability to see the invisible in situations and to get straight to the essence of an issue, coming up with original and creative solutions, while supporting and encouraging people along the way. It makes her an excellent coach and facilitator. She is unwaveringly passionate about Leadership Space’s work. This creates an eternal fire and energy, pushing her to continually improve and pursue goals to achieve Leadership Space’s vision of making the world a better place. No matter how difficult the challenge, Elise will never shy away from speaking the truth. She is a powerhouse of strength and integrity, with the ability to sit in her vulnerability and do so with humour and grace. She is a wonderfully generous and authentic soul, who is quick, smart, big hearted and loyal, invariably leaving a positive and everlasting mark on the people she meets. Those in her circle, know Elise to be fiercely loyal. She supports and drives her team and clients alike, inspiring those she meets to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.
