As we completed our annual tracking this year, the scale of our work quietly took our breath away.

Leadership Space has now worked with 263 social purpose organisations, 2,264 leaders, delivering well over six thousand hours of coaching and facilitation, and has cracked the two thousand mark on leadership profiling, most of this being our much loved Lumina suite of tools (Spark, Select, Leader, Team).

Of course, the numbers matter only insofar as they tell a story. This is…

  • A CEO feeling less alone.
  • A leadership team finding its’ footing again.
  • A Board learning how to work together more constructively.
  • An organisation forging ahead with strategic clarity and the systems to implement it.

Some of the big trends we’re noticing that sit alongside this are:

  • Longer partnerships focused on embedding capability to allow people to navigate complexity together over time.
  • Larger scale programs that help leaders and entrepreneurs to think beyond their teams into the systems they are part of.
  • Layered engagements that move beyond the executive to build capability in the Boards and management levels.

These trends are enabling us to amplify the ripple effect of this work – influencing confidence, decision-making, relationships, cultures, and ultimately the experience of communities and stakeholders.
