Measuring our impact at Leadership Space

Important Impact image

Over the last few months we’ve been practicing what we preach and reviewing our theory of change and how we measure our impact. It’s been useful to step back and sense check where we’re putting our effort and ensure that we have the right measures in place. Having a third party ask us the questions that we often ask our clients – what’s your core purpose; what do your stakeholders identify as your most important impacts; and how do you know it’s working – has been an energising and engaging process.

It’s affirmed our focus on organisational coaching and facilitation – walking alongside committed social purpose leaders and teams, who are steering through growth and change. We’ve heard that for our clients what really stands out is how our work helps them to navigate complexity and provide practical and strategic pathways through their challenges and opportunities.

Digging into these changes highlighted that the work we do happens on three levels – internally within, relationally with others, and functionally in capability. The key changes that matter are highlighted in our new Impact Wheel.

A big thanks to our clients who participated in the research that informed this work, and to Think Impact who facilitated it for us so beautifully.
