Investing in your people

It might still feel like it’s just the start of the year, but we already have people coming to us asking for pricing for next year’s budget.

So, this is your annual reminder of three important things:

  • Investing in your and your team’s professional development is essential. It’s all too easy to let it slide among the hubbub of delivering. But time and again we have seen the step-change that comes from making the time to focus on yourself and your leadership team in particular. Check out some of the case studies such as our work supporting the Centre for Population Genomics and Back Track Works.
  • You may still have unspent professional development budgets, so make sure that you take a look and make the most of what you set aside. Our team still has capacity to fit in a few more leadership development programs, so do get in touch if there is something that we could help you with, such as individual or team coaching.
  • Budget cycle for FY26 is just around the corner – or for some already here. So if there is some work that you’d like to do next financial year, such as a full board review or joining our Leaders by the Fireside series for CEOs or perhaps some profiling work across the team so you can better understand your working relationships, get in touch.
