Guest Speaker at Centre for Social Impact, Swinburne University

Swinburne

This month Elise Sernik PCC was honoured to be a guest speaker for the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne’s subject on ‘Leadership for Social Impact’, part of the Master of Social Impact.

The stimulating topic she was invited to speak on was the complexities of leadership in the social economy.

Elise commented, “I loved that it gave me the impetus to structure our observations at Leadership Space in engaging and accessible ways. The reception these insights received highlights how important these kinds of collaborative conversations are.”

Facilitator of the program, Dr Roksolana Suchowerska shared:

“Thank you for the brilliant session; for your gentle approach to sharing rich insights, case studies and perspectives/frameworks. You spoke with deep experience and critical understanding of the sector, which simply blew everyone away! The session opened doors to new thinking, exploration, and understanding. It took our thinking to the next level. A very very big Thank you!”

Thank you to Susan Pizzati for the invitation and connection to Swinburne University and this program, and the wonderful thoughtful people running and delivering it. We look forward to more conversations in future!
