Are you responsible for the People and Culture function in your social purpose organisation? Would you love to have a cohort of like-minded peers to brainstorm with and share tools and resources?

We’re really excited to announce that for the first time ever we’re opening our Leaders by the Fireside program up to new applicants.

Starting in November 2022 and with sessions every two months, for 6 months, the online program has been designed exclusively to meet the needs of the dedicated People and Culture Leads in the social purpose sector, particularly those organisations that are going through growth and change.

In intimate groups of no more than eight, you will gain an opportunity to confidentially brainstorm, share tools and resources, and experience quality peer coaching. Past participants report coming away from each 2-hour session refreshed and energized with new perspectives from a cohort of thoughtful and supportive peers on the journey with them.

Sessions will be led by Elise Sernik and co-facilitated with one of the experienced coach-facilitator team members. Each session focuses on those topics that the group decides are of most relevance and interest. In past sessions, this has included personal health and wellbeing, remote working, influencing the senior leadership, working with conflict, and supporting organisations through change – whatever feels right and important to the group, with space to tackle topics from several angles.

The upcoming program will have sessions in November, January, and March with dates to be set by the group. You’ll join an incredible, diverse, and thoughtful bunch of peers who are already committed to the program.

We have just a couple of spots still available so drop us a line asap if you’re keen to find out more! We’ll schedule a conversation to share who is in the program and together determine if its the right step for you.
